Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not share your account with someone else.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, process it to produce SOPs and transcripts, and show it to the people and teams you share it with.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful.
• Record people without whatever consent the law requires where you are.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell the service or use it to build a competing product.

AI-generated output

Procexx uses AI to draft SOPs and transcribe recordings, including through third-party processing providers. Output is generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. It is a draft, not an authoritative procedure. You are responsible for reviewing anything you rely on, particularly where safety, compliance or regulation is involved.

Plans, limits and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Each plan includes monthly allowances, and actions may be refused once an allowance is used up. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is charged at the time, with credit for the unused part of your current plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Sharing

A share link makes a document readable by anyone who holds it, with no sign-in required. Treat share links as public and revoke them when they are no longer needed.

Availability

We work to keep Procexx running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using Procexx and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@orchestrator.ca. We may end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top of this page and let account holders know by email. Continuing to use Procexx after that means you accept the updated terms.
